Apartment Reviews for Russellville Commons
high crime area.

we were told right from the beginning that this was a safe and nice area and it appeared to be. but once we moved in we started seeing what the area was really like. in the year we ve lived here, we ve seen a few or more cars get broken into, and 2 cars stolen last summer. they have an armed security guard that doesn t do much good since the criminals just lurk until they re out of site. I m up most of the night every night and see all kinds of things going on. I ll talk to the security when I can find them and they ll tell me what they see at night also. I saw cut locks on the ground where the storage closets were broken into, someone tried to break into my garage and broke the handle off, and I also found a shot off bullet that appeared to be shot off somewhere close by, lost velocity and landed in the parking lot. I took it into the office and gave it to them, and when talking to the office personnel about all these things all I got was one lie after another. they told me these things do not happen around here and they know nothing about them. they also tell me that the security guards have a report that they write (which they do) and there is nothing in the reports that state anything went on, but of course they aren t at liberty to show them to anyone, how convenient for them, and I saw first hand that these things do happen pretty regular. and one time I saw the police arresting someone that sped away from them and ended up being caught right here, and told the office people these things and they denied it. my point is, the management here will lie right to your face giving the tenants a false sense of security when they should be warning everyone about what really goes on. but I guess that if they did that people will move out quick and they won t be making any money. to me that s saying that your rent money is worth more than your safety. we can t wait until our lease is up and get out of here!
