I originally didn't like the apartments cause of the max area. It tends to bring a lot of crime, but walk a few blocks up and suddenly you're in the Mall 205 area. It's so nice to have everyting so conveniently located. I've read a bunch of the reviews from below and obviously they are just whining. The apartment isn't perfect but the Grounds are Well maintained and the office staff are polite. The apartments may be a little on the cheap side, but they are still very nice. With everything in the area and the convenience of the max it's worth it to give the place a chance. The crime and noise that most people are speaking of is non-existant. The max is ten times worse but people stay away from the apartments for the most part. Give the place a chance if you liked what you saw. :)

The grounds are lovely if you choose the correct building. Its pretty quiet & have only called security twice on loud voices in 2 years. If they get disruptive renters, they are gone quickly. Most of the folks are very nice, low key. There is some bad element that comes through from the max stop nearby on occasion, but this is infreqent. They do keep the grounds looking very nice, with some changes through the seasons. I have a 1 bedroom flat & it stays cozy in the winter & cool in the summer. I enjoy the unique style of the apartments. I had my carpets cleaned the next week after I renewed my lease & I love the fact that I can have an accent wall to bring more color into the space. There is a number of small dogs, but everyone cleans up after their pets & there is not a lot of barking. The only thing missing is a gas fireplace...but WTH you can't have everything.
