God Awful ( over a year ago )

The worst rental experience of my life thus far. The manager uses a "used car salesman" approach, and you will end up with a lemon. The manager does not enforce the rules so renters are allowed to do as they please without consequence. If you value quiet, considerate, respectful neighbors, do not rent here. If you enjoy listening to your neighbors slam doors, have sex, bounce dog toys off the walls and floors, encourage their dogs to bark loudly and run/jump around the apartment for hours and hours, sometimes until 2am, talk, yell, scream loudly, and refuse to respect the rules, then Springcreek is the perfect place. The manager may talk to the rude neighbors but there is no follow up and the neighbors will continue to be jerks. Do not do it!!!!

Large dogs and cats are permitted. Dogs require only a 100 dollar refundable deposit. Location is convenient for bus riders, bikers, park goers, with Fred Meyers and Multnomah Village close by. The apartment manager does an excellent job of maintaining the apartments and the landscape. Apartment is located at the bottom of a steep hill and is set back off the busy street at the end of a caldesac.
This place is cheap and ideal for a college student who does not own a lot of stuff, because the apartments are small. There is storage space availabe and free parking. Most of the residents are young college students or middle age low-middle class people who are down to earth and easy going.
