Apartment Review for Sylvan Highlands

The Commons at sylvan highlands are nice. The apartment rooms are nice as well as the community. The biggest problem that i have... is the fact that you can hear all your neighbors conversations, and tvs at night. The parking lot is horrible...they made the spaces too small so the people with large cars/suvs have to take up more than one spot. I have recieved many door dings parking in this lot! When moving out...we hired someone to clean the apartment for us. Because we heard how horrible the management was when it came to cleaning fees. WE got chearged $100 because there was dust in the window sills (on the tracks where the window slides open and closed). There are parties almost every weekend and it can get quite noisy at night. The only thing i liked about the place is the upkeep.
