Apartment Reviews for Walnut Grove Apartments - Portland

I cant say this is the apartments fault, but im forewarning anyone wanting to live here, cars are stolen right out of the parking lot and in front of the complex. The office staff is nice but want to charge $70 extra for each person living in a 3 bedroom apartment aside from the 2 living there now. Isnt the point of a 3 bedroom apartment to have more then 2 people? They do have good maintenance though and the only noise is the apartment complex across the street.
