I came from down town Portland where i was paying 1400 a month for a one bedroom , plus 103 for parking. no swim pool. here i get a 2 bedroom 2 bath apt, a nice swim pool, and wonderful friendly staff for 760 amonth.I can not adk for more

this place is run by slum lords do not rent here. they use second rate equipment and allow undocumented people in here. also, cars are being broken into. the manegement does not care what you need they always use second rate equipment. the noise is terrible with loud music the place is dirty and barely cleaned when you move in there prices are rdiuclous for what they offer. the management is low class slum lord attitude and let in trash people who move out without notice. do not rent here.

pretty good apartments, has full size 1 car garages to rent cheaper then storage units when there are ones available <P>
I think it is very clean at a great price. The pool and hot tub are in excellent condition. The only issue is that I feel so far from everything and my work.
