Apartment Reviews for Westview Heights - Portland

Children play in the between-units asphalt space. Noise echos loudly. They ride big wheels and scooters in this area and play games with chalk and such. Management says they can't play there, but also says they must be supervised by parents. So the parents sometimes raise the garage doors and set up chairs in the garages. It's dangerous to try to go in or out of garages when the kids are there. Occasionally management puts out a notice, but it's only observed for a week or so. The upper levels get very got and with the noise, it's hard to have the windows open. Management provides 'doggie bags', but there are many dogs and many people do not clean up. Parking is a nightmare!! There is an average of 6 on-street spots for each 2 buildings of 5 3-bedrooms units each. No sauna/hot tub. Pool is at the Apartment complex across the way. Exercise room is minimal. <P>
