Down the road from Liberty Elementary School, Fox Hollow Apartments sit to the south of Salem. For the family looking for schools, there is Liberty Elementary nearby and Schirle Elementary as well. Sprague High School is also a mile and a half away. Tenants here enjoy at least one bus stop down Liberty Road towards the local Walgreens, both within walking distance. While there are few reviews on this property, only one is recent, the other being 5 years old. The most recent does not give much insight as to what the problems could really be, but seems to only have an issue with their neighbors.Orangearrow Read all reviews...

Salem, OR 97305
Bedrooms: Studio - 3
Baths: 1 - 2

AR Score: 77
Right next door to Chemeketa Community College-Salem Campus and Early College High School, Willamette Estates has received mixed reviews . While there are many positive reviews, there have been a few complaints about the surrounding community. However, having done some new construction on the building, these upgrades offer residents a wonderful outer image and some renters enjoy living here. A handful of reviewers have reported issues with staff, while others believe they are responsive and helpful. With downtown just 4 miles away, it’s hard to argue with newly renovated buildings and, what many reviewers call, responsive management and maintenance staffs.Orangearrow Read all reviews...
