Down the road from Liberty Elementary School, Fox Hollow Apartments sit to the south of Salem. For the family looking for schools, there is Liberty Elementary nearby and Schirle Elementary as well. Sprague High School is also a mile and a half away. Tenants here enjoy at least one bus stop down Liberty Road towards the local Walgreens, both within walking distance. While there are few reviews on this property, only one is recent, the other being 5 years old. Approximately 3 miles from Salem Municipal Airport, the Saddle Club is in prime location for the commuter. For the family, Miller Elementary School is just across Route 22 with Houck Middle School separated by a housing plan. For shopping and groceries, in about a mile and a half, WinCo Foods is surrounded by Wholesale Sports Outdoor Outfitters and Leonardi’s Pizza for outdoor fun or a family night in. Restaurants such as Padington’s Pizza Parlor, Shari’s Restaurant & Pies, and The Original Pancake House give tenants excellent dining options. Woodmansee Park is nearby, enabling renters to easily spend a day outdoors in the park. Somewhere between where the city meets suburbs, Park Avenue Village sits back and offers the ability to travel anywhere such as into the city, or away from Oregon with the Salem Municipal Airport just 5 miles to the south. In the same area as the airport, tenants will find a Walmart for their grocery and pharmaceutical needs, as well. While there are many positive reviews, there have been a few complaints about the surrounding community. However, having done some new construction on the building, these upgrades offer residents a wonderful outer image and some renters enjoy living here. A handful of reviewers have reported issues with staff, while others believe they are responsive and helpful.
