Right next door to Chemeketa Community College-Salem Campus and Early College High School, Willamette Estates has received mixed reviews . While there are many positive reviews, there have been a few complaints about the surrounding community. However, having done some new construction on the building, these upgrades offer residents a wonderful outer image and some renters enjoy living here. A handful of reviewers have reported issues with staff, while others believe they are responsive and helpful. With downtown just 4 miles away, it’s hard to argue with newly renovated buildings and, what many reviewers call, responsive management and maintenance staffs.
