My wife and two young sons (2 yrs & 6 months old) rented a 2 bedroom, 2.5 bath unit immediately after construction was completed. Although townhomes appeared to be high quality, professionally managed, and properly maintained, it was clear that within a month of our lease we had made a huge mistake. Please believe all the other negative reviews when they refer to the parking, noise, and management nightmares. Because we rented a townhome, we were assigned a garage and parking spot. Unfortunately, many of the other tenants chose to use their assigned garages as storage and took all guest and street parking spots. Management did little to resolve these issues. They will lie to you in every way imaginable to get you to sign a lease. Read your lease carefully because it basically states that false claims made by staff do not warrant grounds for lease termination. There is no exit clause in the lease as well. This means that if for some reason you have to move it, even if it's an emergency you will have to pay the remaining amount of your lease along with normal wear and tear. Most apartment communities will allow you to move out with a predetermined fee. This is reasonable as sometimes tenants are placed in situations where they have little option but to move (work, school, or family reasons) Be prepared to hire a cleaning and painting crew when you move out. Even after repainting, shampooing the carpets, filling nail holes in the wall, and scubbing every inch of our unit, we were charged over $500 for additional cleaning. We are the cleanest people I know! To illustrate how horrible this place is to live, we moved out with 4 months remaining on our lease and chose to pay the full rent for the remaining amount of our lease simply to avoid having to deal with the constant late night parties, police visits, parking nightmares, algae filled pool, unsupervised children, and horrible management. I'm confident that others would do the same if they had the means. The sad thing is, we would gladly pay the roughly $4,800 again to get out of this place. I don't normally take the time to write reviews, but I feel obligated to warn all who are considering moving here. These people don't deserve you as a tenant. Live anywhere but here! You will regret ignoring the warnings!!!

get a life for real buddy, first off everything you complain about is your fault. second ya read your lease any smart person would want to know information from a legal document.

Ok, I don't know who the heck you're trying to refer to and obviously neither do you but I am the wife of the man who wrote this review. This is the first and only review we have ever written on any apt we have ever lived in. We felt it was fully necessary given our experience to write a review for future tenants to help them in their decision. For you to sit here and judge people on THEIR reviews on THEIR experience is disgusting. I have never in my life lived in such a horrible place. You are clearly and employee and do not have children. I need you to understand that we among our neighbors had to call 911 three times on the bloody, window breaking, broken bones brawls. You have no idea how it feels for your 2 yr old to wake up at 2am screaming and crying while this is going on outside. He was so traumatized by this that we couldn't get him back into his bed without going ballistic and vomiting until we moved. You are really going to sit here and tell me that we are stupid for this review!!! If you can honestly tell me we are full of shit you are not a good person. The fact that this stuff went on every single weekend, and every single weekend we complained. To top that off, everytime we would call, somebody new was there and said nothing was ever in their file. I'm disgusted by you and your judgements when you have no idea what we went through in this place. We are good people and no matter how bad everything was we managed to pay our rent on time every single month and remained respectful to the ridiculous management. If you are in fact a tenant and not an employee and had a great experience then good for you. It would be nice to hear that things are turning around for future residents, but in our case it was horrible for many reasons.
