I have lived here since the apartments were almost brand new and I have never had any issues. We have always paid our rent on time and kept to ourselves but things have been great. Granted I will say the parking isn't the best but the office staff always helps me out if I need a last minute spot for an unexpected visitor. The office has always been very nice to me and my husband and we plan on staying until we find a house to buy because to us a house is the next step. Hopefully all you reading these reviews will be independant and make your own opinion about a the place and not let angry people sway you because the apartments and staff are definitely not as bad as everyone makes them out to be. I will always refer people to live here!

Listen to the warning signs, this place sucks the manager really sucks and she has lied about our deposit. DO NOT RENT FROM HERE you will regret and probably end in debt with all the stupid fees they give you. The manager and her office staff are really shady

Stay away- do not rent from here, you will regret it. They are a rip off and the staff will lie to you. When you move out they ding you for every small thing there is. No parking and No fitness center like promised, cops are there on a regular basis and the office staff doesn't know what they are doing half the time..I called and asked one of the girls what time the manager gets it in and her response was "hmmm...I don't know good question." that just shows you how unorganized they are. It is a joke to live there and they will take your money and fine you for everything, including having plants on the patio

I have lived here for almost a year and I have to say with the new office staff I see things getting better. A lot of the stuff you are complaining about you will have at all apartments. Seems like most of you are not use to living in an apartment. All I'm trying to say is I have and still enjoy living here.

3. Can I store my stuff in my own home? Not without a $50 fine
4. Can I have guests over? Only with shuttle service
5. Can I have pretty flowers on my deck? Yeah with a $50 fine and three times later, Im evicted
6. Is the community safe? Yes, the police are here nightly
7. The managers promised to have services for their residents like shopping, running errands ect. Is it happening? Yes, my husband does it
8. In the summer, do you have AC? Yes, but it doesn't work. Get on the list to have it fixed

Don't get me wrong, things have improved. We now have mail service after two months moving in. And we don't have to haul our own garbage out.

I have been living here since they opened. They promised an exercise facility, ample parking and wonderful managment. All of the above have not happened. If want ANYONE to visit, we have to shuttle them to our house because there is NO parking!!! YOu might as well live downtown. This is a suburb!!! If you or your guest wants to smoke, you have to leave the property completely. The townhomes quality of craftsmanship is a complete joke.

Furthermore, residents of this community are meeting with lawyers over how horrible this place is to live next week. That should tell you how serious these problems are. Yes, there will always be complaints and problems anywhere you live, but coming from someone who has rented many places, this is the worst place to live EVER!!!! Dont do it!

If you don't use your garage as a parking spot, they will fine you $50.00!! Forget storing anything in your garage. They are so small, they would only fit a compact car. The townhomes have little storage space, so if you have anthing that needs to be stored, forget it.

If you put a single flower pot on your back deck, they will take a picture of it and send you a violation notice. If you do it more than once, you get fined!!! Ridiculous.

I could go on for days...the walls a paper thin. We can hear the baby cry below and our neighbor's TV next to us.

I just have to start off by saying all the complaints on here are complaints you find at all communities! At every community, you see and read the same issues. All I have to say is the office staff we have now is great! I truely beleive they are doing what they can to make all of you happy. Also, you are going to have noisey neighbors at all communities, if they are a disturbance, tell the office or call the police! And yes the parking is a pain, but they can't control the street, so take that up with the City of Sherwood.

let me start by saying every complaint on here cannot be controlled by management. At every apartment community I have ever lived at there are the same issues with noisy neighbors and police. its normal people get over it!! The 2 bed 2 bath townhome is perfect in every with the garage and reserved parking spot. The apartment itself is gorgeous new updated appliances and nice counter tops. and the noise varies on who your neighbor is. i cant complain i never hear noise at all afer 10pm. So far have no complaints with this place.

I would recommend that anyone considering these apartments should know how unorganized and inconsiderate the managent is. I have lived here since April 2009 and have had nothing but more and more problems everyday. The management does not follow through with anything they say they will do. I've been sexually and verbally harassed here on more than one occasion. I've had to call police for assistance numerous times because the management would refuse to step in even though in the rental agreement I foolishly signed it claimed that the harassment and continuous noise disturbances were grounds for termination of that residents lease. They could have put a stop to these issues a long time ago but were too thick headed to have any concern for the comfort, peace and well being of their residents. Do not move here! Do not make the same mistake I did by being sucked from the stunning apperance of these apartments and the fake smiles on the staffs faces. You want to be able to trust your property managers wherever your renting and these people cannot be depended on or trusted.
