Apartment Review for Pacific Village Apartments

these apartments are horrible. i had applied in feb 2011 for a one bedroom, and was told in early march that i could move in on april 6th. so when i packed up and went over there to start moving in-they never got the carpets cleaned. so i still had to move in, the neighbors are nice but too much drama-one who is sucicidal, one who doesnt speak any english and the guy upstairs from me worked for the company and threw parties constantly. and always put their cigarette butts in the barckamolch in front of my apartment-causing small fires. so then he got evicted, and eventually they got a new guy upstairs-he also throws parties, his friends and him have orgys so loud at 3 and 4am that it wakes me up, they also do the same with their cigarette butts, causing fires that i and my mother have witnessed and had to put out. also they would invite these homeless guys over, not enforcing their pit bulls to be on a leash, and also they let theirs dogs **** and **** on the back porch-the neighbor upstairs would just wash it off onto my porch! and yet the owners dont care. they have recieved over 25 complaints-at least 5 being fires from their smoking habbits and over 10 from finding dog **** and **** on my back porch. i put in my thirty day notice and im out of here. also the fleas are so bad! i give my dog frontline and baths weekly and i am still getting close to 150 fleas off my small puppy. this is the worse place to live. the cops are here on a weekly basis as well. i know there are some good people here in the apartment complex, and maybe not all of the tenants are this bad, but i am sick and tired of paying so much in rent for something so ******! and plus the owners and management who dont enforce anything!!! so much for the "cleaning up the apartments"
