Apartment Review for Arbor Heights

Management is terrible. When I signed my lease the staff was over-the-top helpful then they were all moved to another location. A new set of employees came in and completely changed the vibe of the office. They're extremely rude and do not care about you whatsoever. They charge you a ridiculous amount of money for W/S/G ($70 per month for 1 person) and they always claim it'll be lowered (it's been almost a year of hearing that crap). They treat residents like cattle and their only concern is that you pay your rent regardless of the catastrophic fees they top onto your base rent. I was going to re-up my lease because of the convenience of not moving, but they want to charge me $120 more a month to sign my second year's lease!!! Who does that? Why would anyone want to pay $120 more a month to live in a standard apartment with no extra amenities? I cannot wait to move out of here and find a rental company that actually cares about their residents and meets their standard needs. I would NEVER recommend this place to ANYONE. You'll spend wayyyy to much money per month on an apartment that has nothing special in it. Plus there is never any parking and you can always hear your neighbors.
