My chief complaints about Avalon Park these:

1. noise is a major problem
2. two management staff are poor communicators, and do not respond to or otherwise attempt to address noise complaints.
3. Covered parking is not free. Free parking spaces are uncovered, on a first come, first served basis and are generally not convenient to the apartment units.
