Rented: From 2005 To 2007

No onsite management and their mantra is to call 911 for any problem after hours. Have been waiting for new threshholds for both doors for at least a year now. Priorities are really screwed up - waterfall and fountains that leak and since we pay for S/W/G it comes out of your pocket. Garbage on the ground is the standard of living here and you have to pay to park unless you do the crow or park on the street - not tenant friendly.
