Review for Forest Hideaway Apartments

I have lived here for a few years now. The managment has NEVER been quick to respond to my requests and I'm still waiting for some work they said would be done when I moved in. I would give them a -5 for mintenance if that was an option. The staff are NOT friendly. If I see them while going to get the mail they don't even acknowledge me. If you work odd hours your almost guaranteed to be parking near the street. I had my car towed for parking in my own spot, and was not helped in resolving the issue with the tow company. The scattered garbage is a serious issue. Any attempt at communication is totally ignored until they decide to respond, which could be weeks later. I could go on for awhile, but I think you get my drift. The rent rate is lower than other places, but thats because you pay the rest in patience.

Sour grapes. Everyone has their own garage, and an assigned space. That's 2 spots guaranteed. Everyone has a permit to permanently affix to their window, something smells here. I hate it when I get the neighbors who have too many cars, or move in a bunch of extra people.
