Rented: From 2003 To 2009

I have been here 6 years and they still have not fixed anything they promised me when I moved in. My carpet has holes in it the ceiling gets moldy every winter from water leaks and the gutters overflow with debris! My refrigerator has been leaking water for over 6 months. they live on site but never answer door or phone calls. Never had a response to a letter either. plus they come into my apartment when I'm not home but do no work! this place sucks!!
