Incompetent Management

Rented: From 1999 To 2008

The office is often closed for the day, but it does say so on answering machine message.

No after hour number to contact for noise complaints. I once missed work because I was kept awake all night from someone's loud music.

The bushes often become over grown. Some bushes are blocking the window. This could prevent someone from using them as an escape in an emergency.

During the winter storm of December 2008. The sidewalks and especially the stairs were not kept clear of snow.
