Review for Hillcrest Apartments

Maintenance entering unannounced (and without notice), mold, bugs, rodents, noisy/stinky/rude neighbors, management that doesn't listen and does whatever -- or nothing at all, awful parking with few visitor spots that are usually parked in by other tenants, overflowing mountain of trash surrounding the dumpster, dog poop not cleaned up, trash cans in laundry rooms rarely emptied, windows and doors that don't close all the way allowing cold air in to the apartment resulting in astronomical utility bills...shall I go on? All this and I've lived there less than 12 months and probably have one of the nicer units. If you can afford it, go somewhere else. As soon as I save up for another move I am out of here.

PS: I gave noise level a "2" because although it's not quiet, it's definitely not the noisiest place in the area.
