My girlfriend and I were just awe sturck that we had finally found such a great place to live, like we had finally found a place that we could settle in for a while. We signed a year lease under this very impression, and it seemed that we could be happy, until...

At the end of our lease, we received a letter from the corporate management saying, "we will not be renewing your lease."
This came as quite a shock to us, knowing that we had always taken the utmost responsibility to have our rent and water bill paid in a timely manner with almost no complaints from our neighbors.

We had a little chat with our complex manager who stated that we simply had to move now and that there was nothing she could do to help. When asked if she could provide an explanation, or a phone number with someone who could, she stated that they would simply say the same thing and would most likely also not provide an explanation, and that this is just something that they do every now and then.

I felt insulted and disrespected, as if my girlfriend and I were simply pawns in some horrible beasts grasp, that can do whatever it feels like, depending upon it's mood swings. I feel discriminated against, like maybe corporate simply decided that we don't fit the income bill for some economic reform in their agenda. The worst part is I'm not even sure why! I can only speculate! Nothing is worse!!!

Do not! I repeat, DO NOT sign a contract or invest yourself in any way with these cold-hearted tyrants!
