Review for Oak Tree Apartments The Apartments

Upon moving in I thought the place was nice but quickly learned otherwise. The day I moved in I realized that they hadn't cleaned the apartment very well, the kitchen counters were still dirty, the bathrooms and bathroom floors were less than clean. The only thing they seemed to have done was wash the carpets, THANK GOD! Management seems nice in the beginning. They can't hold a decent assistant manager, the one who was there when I left seemed like she was less than coherent. The actual apartment manager is hard to get a hold of and she can be cranky from time to time. They change the lease and rules a lot. You have to go sign new rules all the time and they come in and out of your apartment for inspections and weird repairs a lot. Feels intrusive. The parking was a disgrace and they would leave you notes if they felt you were taking up too much space. Maintenance is nice but that's about the only good thing. For the money your spending you might as well live somewhere that doesn't feel like a prison camp.
