After living there for 10 months both of our cars were broken into (management does not Do ANYTHING nor warns the neighboors to find out). If you are looking for noise after 11:00pm during weekdays this this is the right place. After we dedicated one day to clean and leave the appartment in PERFECT condition, we got 20 back from our deposit, do not bother to CLEAN before you move out, they will even charge you repainting. <P>
