Review for Pacific Crest Apartment Homes Apartments

I would like to give a positive review here, but there are three critical factors that will prevent that:

When I first looked into Pacific Crest online, the ad (which I printed out) said the unit had a garbage disposal. Once I moved in, there was no garbage disposal. I was told they were "being phased out". Management gave me a glib dismissal of my complaint whenever I mentioned it.

On many occasions, the garbage dumpsters were overflowing and there would be piles of smelly waste heaped in the parking lot. This was due to the management's practice of permitting maintenance operations to haphazardly fill the dumpsters with construction debris.

Every time my lease came up for renewal, the rates would be raised by 10 to 15 %. So much for the "Move In Special".

Don't rent here, you will regret it.
