Rented: From 2005 To 2005

Things to consider: Not enough insulation. Windows not tight enough to keep cold out. Very noisy in summer. Party place. Some leave toys and garbage all over common areas. Crime too high. Mailboxes broken into often. Gang grafitti common. Laundry items need to be watched. Have a car alarm.

Positives: Pretty quiet in winter and late weeknights. Low traffic noice. Nice view. Child and pet friendly. Assigned parking space with carport. Rent is competitive. Landscaping constitent. 24 hr gym and laundry. Nice walk to summer lake park.
