Review for Windmill Apartments

Poor management and maintenance with maintenance requests ignored 2 months out despite repeat requests. Rude, poor service and very inattentive staff. Extremely slow moving and poor quality.

Parking is sparse to non-existent. Parking lot is littered with children every where with no parents in sight. Garages often have litter around and above them with ever present out of control children play on monitored and in the path of free roaming traffic in the parking lot. One even got hit once that I saw.

Neighbors are loud and inconsiderate. Repeated noise complaints do you no good. All requests to reduce noise are ignored by both the tenants and property managers.

Most areas of grass behind and underneath the balconies are constantly littered with trash, cigarette butts and even old kitchen ware. In fron though they are fairly well groomed and appear decent.

Not reccommened.
