Ive lived here for 2 years now. I gotta say its not a bad place to live. This place is beginning to show its age but the management is doing a renovation project to it though.
I love the fact you have a townhouse, no one above or below you. A garage to park in at night at no additional charge and quiet neighbors too. To the negative comments on here if it was that bad, why did you live here, and ususally you notice things off the bat when looking, so no one put a gun to your head morons.
Also kudos to the management, they are excellent in solving issues and problems. The maintenance man is kinda dingy but eventually gets the job completed.

i was looking around on reviewing apartments and found this, what a great way to state your oppinion.and have read others oppinion of columbia crest and really dont agree with one, managment has always been there for me,answerd door and promptly returned my phone calls and if i needed something fixed it was fixed no problem. as with any job from time to time people get intwined in thier work understandable! i do enjoy living here it is on the out skirts of the city easy access to freeway and stores. plus the beautiful sandy river is right down the road in walking distance and edgfields mcmenamins, my favorite place to "hit some balls", and have a few beers. i would tell anyone to give it a shot i really like it here, we are a single couple and works out great for us,good luck and cheers.

Ive lived here for 4 years now. Not including the time 2 years ago. This place is very quiet. The management is great and gets things fixed promptly. The prior management was terrible. The new managers are fantastic, kind, very helpful, and considerate. The only complaint I have is the lighting. Its a little dime but thats what you have a garage for. Thanks for everything. I will continue to enjoy my stay.
