I rent a 2 bedroom 2 bath apartment and absolutely love the inside of my home. The deck is nice, and the windows are excellent for energy efficiency! I have had very prompt responses from management and maintenance. You are assigned one covered parking space per unit and there is usually a few uncovered spaces near your building. My specific building has several right in front, very convenient for my guests.

My complaint is about my neighbors. They were quiet when I first moved in but shortly showed their true colors. My upstairs neighbor seems to think she lives in a house and doesn't have anybody below her so she walks around like an elephant. She also blares her music so loud that I can hear the lyrics in my apartment. Keep in mind the walls are thick enough that I don't hear what is going on inside any of my other neighbor's homes (I have neighbors above, below, and on either side). My downstairs neighbor has five children and doesn't keep a reign on any of them. They are loud, obnoxious, and disrespectful. They slam their front door so hard most days that it shakes the entire floor in my living room and nearly gives me an anxiety attack every time. They have startled my newborn so bad a few times that he started screaming.
