After moving from a VERY poorly kept complex just down the street, these apartments are a dream. And, though I've heard from other long-time tenants that the present managment is struggling with the problems inherited to them by the previous management, I feel that, Karen and her office personnel, along with the maintenance supervisor, Jim, and his team are working diligently to overcome the remaining problems. Since May when I first moved in, they have repaved the parking lot, ousted many problem tennats, towed away unregistered/non-operational vehicles and have started mending the fences between themselves and the tenants by going the extra mile to seeing to the needs of the people who live here. I wasn't sure I was going to like living in OR, but after moving to Bridge Creek Apts., I have to say that I've truly began to enjoy this state through the lovely community of Wilsonville as well as the friendly people in these apartments. <P>
