Apartment Review for Illahee At Charbonneau

Used to be better. Now there is hardly ever anyone in the office. I repeatedly get notices of fees with no explanation and when I call no one knows what the notice is about and it takes days to clear it up. I even got an erroneous eviction notice once that left me sleepless for days; again their error not mine. Very pretty, and very quiet except on gardening days. Their last renovation painted over my porch lights and splattered paint on my patio furniture and pots and smashed my birdfeeders. Nice apartments but Dalton management is a joke. Am looking forward to putting the experience behind me. <P>
