Review for Marquis Apartments

I have lived here for 6 years now. I am on a first name basis with everyone from the office to the maintenance staff. Its an older building so of course, there are some things that break, some leaks, some water shut offs...the usual. The staff is great and the apartment is a really good deal. You cant beat the location and everything is included with the rent...utilities and amenities. I truly have no real complaints. I like living here and recommend that you try it!
