Review for Racquet Club East Apartments

I have lived here for four years and have had an enjoyable experience. My neighbors are great, the atmosphere is relaxing.

THe office staff is always friendly and curtious, and are always willing to listen.

The maintenance staff is the best. I rarely use them, but when I need them in a hurry, the ones who are on staff (expecially the ones who live here) are out quickly. I have never had to call them back to refix a problem.

The grounds are beautiful, and always in season. It is a shame that some residents don't take pride in their apartments and store ugly things on their balconies or don't take time to plant a flower or two. My friends compliment me on where I live all the time.

Ok, my only complaint is going to have to pay for water and eventually gas. I really don't see how they can formulate how much water an individual uses without a meter. Same will go for the gas.

Enjoy the staff in the rental office, be friendly to the maintenance people and most of all - say hi to a neighbor.
