Over priced/Over rated/Mean People. After all, your doing them a favor renting from them and you are the ones getting treated wrongly.

They charge you for water/sewer then on top of that they set your thermostat to 72 degrees for the winter. It does not go any higher than that. In the townhomes the downstairs is very cold due to the sliding glass windows that do not hold heat. My average winter bill (Not including my regular electric bill or other expenses) ran over $150.00. Its not at all warm inside when its 30 degrees outside or colder.

My air conditioner was leaking water and ran all down the walls in the foyer and living room. They were suppose to come out to paint, they never did. I ended leaving with stains still on the wall.

I had to apply poles from under the cabinets to hold up my kitchen cabinets unless I wanted the cabinets to come down and all my dishes would have broke.

If you want any upgrades (I had 30 year original old cabinets coated in grease) you can get them updated for a price$$$$. The bleached blonde in the office is horrible!!!!!!! The others are not much better.

There are people that have 5-8 people that are living in a two bedroom condo and they were charged for the water/sewer bill the same as we were for 2 adults.

When you do a walk through with the manager make sure you get it in writing. They walk through with you then 2 weeks later after they tell you everything is in good/fine/great shape you receive a suprise bill for carpeting and they tell you you didnt vacum enough because the rug is flat. THATS RIGHT, THATS WHAT I SAID, Gee did they live with us to know how many times we vacumed??????

This place is one of the MOST expensive places to rent in the area. It does not warrant the money they charge. All they are concerned about is hanging out the "No Vacancy" sign and a weekly paycheck. Remember its your life and you are the ones that have to live here and sign a contract for 1 year. Before you sign read all lines and don't be afraid to have the management add things into the contract at your request.

My advice:
Buy a house, don't stop looking here. To you younger crowds listening you WILL NOT get ahead $$$$. This place will only set you back financially and cause money burdens.

Good Luck D/D
