Apartment Reviews for Newport Capital - Ardmore

I lived here for 2 years... the apartment's small( over priced! ) Landlord NEVER answer phone calls.. so If you have any emergencies regard to the apartment..Woo Hoo... you are on your own!!...

Kitchen sucks! No outlets! No drawers.No spaces for pots and pans.

Landlord used low quality paint and it peeled off in the bathroom just because we'd been using hot water for 2 years ... charged us $200 for repaint!..is that even regal??!!

The parking lot... always packed with Newport Capital employees cars and neighbor's guests' cars! Many times I got back from work and ended up parking on the street!

When there's snow storm... tenants gotta dig themselves out! What an excellence service!

When you move out ..gotta make sure to clean the place spotless or they'll send you letter saying that you left the place dirty and they have to hire ( the most expensive cleaning company )to clean up ..that will cost you another $200.. man! when I move in it wasnt clean either .. I spent days to clean up.

I AM STRONGLY NOT RECOMMEND THIS APARTMENT TO ANYONE I KNOW AND CARE ABOUT!
