I LOVE place! I was debating whether to renew my lease, because this winter was a hassle, with the snow and ice. (They were quick to plow and salt, though). But I love the location. It's close to Manayunk, the expressway, etc. When I was looking to rent, they had the only decent 3BR. Nice, big rooms. Great neighborhood.
