Review for Steiner Realty Apartments

1. No dogs allowed, but neighbor has a dog that wakes me up early every day. Land lord will not locate annoying dog, they said I have to find where it is to file a complaint, even though dogs arent allowed in the apt per the lease. Sounds like someone doesn't want to do their job! 2. Steiner Realty pays the heat. The heat is the water radiator deal, and i keep the radiators all turned on but i still wake up freezing. And they want to raise rent again this year? 3. Someone keeps breaking in to my mail box inside of the "secure" hallway where my mailbox is located.

Overall The price is too expensive for a place that doesn't provide much comfort. I did my part to go find the dog one morning that woke up, but once i got dressed and got outside it stopped barking... And seriously, who wants to go outside all the time at 5am looking for a dog thats not supposed to be there in the first place? So apparently its my fauilt that im being bother by this dog, at least in Steiners eyes. The other buildings owned by them may be better, but it really appears that they just dont want to do their part as land lord to keep their tenants happy, they just want to collect the check. I would recommend avoiding Steiner Realty because the Staff is not much help at all. I've lived here from 2007 to 2008, and I'm getting OUT and never coming back! I suggest you all stay away from the Steiners.
