Review for The Landings Apartments

This complex is very nice. There is a great mix of residents, and most are quite outgoing. The maintenance staff are above reproach. Response is exceptional and they never scoff at the work requested. Rent may be a little higher than some places, but the staff and amenities give you what you pay for. Location is very convenient. The only complaint we have is the noise from the apartment above. It is rented on short-term tenancies, and some people are a little heavier of foot and door than others. But that is not something under the control of the staff and we always know that the noisier ones will be moving on soon.
