Apartment Review for Valleyfield Apartments

Jennifer, the current property manage is fake. Super nice when you meet her, but does not leave her office once you are there. She does not address issues and gives smart answers to any concern you address to her. She does not check up on your concerns you report. She if very spiteful. She took out all lighting so you can not see to walk to your apartments which makes it hard going up and down the steps there, also creates a fall/trip hazard. She does not care about the residents and their concerns. I moved in a few months back and wish I knew now what I am telling you. Highway is nearby so there is a lot of outside noise. They sound wonderful on the internet, but are really small and mine was super dirty when i moved in. I addressed my concerns to her and she said I was wrong she inspected it. That is why all my white socks are now brown on the bottom and I had to change the HEPA filter in my sweeper after one week. They are super small and you do not get any assistance from the property manager. Highly do not recommend.
