Most important to me is to live in a nice area and Broomall is very nice. Yes, there are a few things that could be updated, and I do believe they are doing that. Been here for almost 7 years and this place looks sooo different from when I first moved in. It's a small complex which is nice. Everyone is friendly and they are always on top of snow, grass, leaves, etc. Kitty friendly too:) I've never had a problem with parking here. Only thing I don't like is the windows. They are so old and you pay for all utilities with the exception of water. Peco bill is very high at times. Has been 400 for just me at times (last winter). I also read the other post and there is a creepy guy that lives here and I wonder if it's the same one that.... I won't go any further but he needs to go!!! All in all, this is a nice, normal place to live. The landlord is very attentive and they keep this place very nice. I'd say Yes!

My biggest complaint other than our weirdo neighbor is that the walls are very thin and you can hear everything going on in the building. I hear the guy snoring below me. It gets very hot during warm months in the bedroom and its hard for the AC to circulate through the whole apartment. The basement and the entrance areas are filthy and dirty. I have had the water turned off twice, hot water broke, washing machine and dryer broke acouple times,refrigerator is winding down, closet doors are falling off and the bathtub is grossly full of mold and limescale. I too had to clean before we moved in. Dead bugs were all over the window sills. Those are the negatives. The positives is that this place can be very peaceful, its close to 476 and very convient and a nice area. Other than the one guy who lives in my complex, the neighbors are nice and friendly.

The apartments are very old and out dated. The office is no help, the common area is dirty, no one comes around to clean it. The basement is
dirty and disgusting. I lived there
for 1 year and I would not recommend this
place to my worst enemy.
