This is a nice complex, but think twice before renting anything managed by Select Living Managment--Google and read reviews by tenants and property owners first. Broker/Manager is very nice to you to get your business or sign a lease, then nice turns to nasty very quickly. Document everything they say to you and about you and take pictures. Be prepared to be lied to and lied about. This company does not even care about it's reputation. The broker is very rude and unpropfessional. We no sooner moved in and other tenants were warning us about her--and quickly thereafter we experienced her nastiness first hand. The owners of this complex really should find another management company if they don't want to lose money and their reputation.
