Plymouth Garden apartments may seem to look nice from the outside, but if you look a little closer you will see that the maitenance is quite poor. Furthermore you can never reach anyone of any authority when there are severe problems as in your apartment is uninhabitable. They constantly give you the run around. Do not make the same mistake I did by moving here.
