OVERPRICED. Billed as luxury accomodations but the facilites are sub-grade...appliances are poor quality, craftmanship is very poor. Hallways are dirty. Trash everywhere. Residents and managment are not maintaining buildings. No air conditioning in hallways or elevators. Televisions in gym have been broken for months. Parking in garage is extra. Ample parking in outside lot. Exterior of building is very nice. Location is great. Rent way too high for what you get.
