Apartment Review for Tall Trees

This complex has seen better days. The management here are called ARO properties and run Tall Trees Drexel Hill. Lately things have gone from bad to worse. Alot of people have experienced break ins and even more have had their cars vandalized. the apartment complex has no cameras or security guards at all, in fact there is no security here and thieves in the area know this. <P>
My toilet has been broken for 2 weeks now and wont flush. Just to go to the bathroom I have to go to a neighbors apartment. It has been weeks and they keep saying that they will send someone over but noone shows up. <P>
For a place in the suburbs it is starting to feel more and more like the ghetto. Being located to one of the most dangerous parts of philly makes this place a breeding ground for drug dealers and thieves. <P>
I am guessing these people just steal from other people then walk over to the drug dealers and trade in their stuff. <P>
There are 2 abandoned buildings that need to be condemned on the property. One building is even closed by the fire marshall but that doesnt stop squatters and homeless people from living there. <P>
Overall I have not had a good experience here but there are better places just down the street I am going to when my lease is up next month. <P>
