Seems there hasn't been a review for a long time. I can't speak for the other buildings, but I've been here for almost 9 months, and I love it. It has character, and if you can live with less than satisfactory plumbing and a few cracks in the paint, I don't see what the problem is. I haven't seen a bug, let alone a rat. Lots of wonderful windows, providing cross ventilation and light. If I need maintenance of any type, they're here and they're friendly.
