Review for Bucks Run Apartments

The first day I moved in was a nightmare. The apartment wasn't ready and the carpet was disgusting. After arguing with management the carpet did get replaced two days later. There is only one property manager for two properties in Dublin. She is overwhelmed and needs help. There are also two maintenance people for both properties in Dublin. Sometimes maintenance calls do not get handled for a couple days. When the work is done it is usually done correctly, though. The outside of the apartment needs some help. The shutters and lines in the parking lot need to be painted. The buildings look tired and need a face lift. Bedrooms face parking lot so this can get noisy. Most tenants keep to themselves and are not noisy. If a tenant is noisy and you complain this is taken care of ASAP. This property could be great to live in with a little TLC. All and all living here was so-so, but had a lot of potential.
