They say they have good prices compared to other Apt. buildings? Who are they kidding! 1300.00 for a two bedroom? That's the proce of a morgage for a house. Also if you need repairs in your apartment it takes about 2 weeks because thay have to "order the parts". You can hear the tenants above you. I have never met the people above me but I can tell you they have a great love life. Also you can only move-in/move out during the week. Not all of us can afford to take days off during the week to move our things. And secuirty deposit? Forget it. You will never see it again. <P>
