After the new owner took over, pets are no longer allowed and monthly rent for new signers is $675 (up from $550). I moved here for my cats, but wasn't allowed to change the lease agreement until I had $2000! ($1000 per cat) The old owner would've charged $750 total, at $550/month for my fiance and I.

The management is really nice, but they're unfurnished apartments and are not worth $675/month (I believe their monthly is also rather high).
