Review for Green Oaks Apts Apartments

Apartment we originally moved into flooded (despite complaints to fix for over a month) due to "handy man" job to fix plumbing, and sink was cracked and manager refused to replace saying that it was an "as is" condition when we moved in. Then we were made to clean it after we had moved into a different apartment in the complex. "New" apartment in the same building the roof leaked and created mold making my husband and I sick. Drains don't plug. Hall light was not replaced for months (and still isn't and we're moving out in two days!!) Parties go daily from 2 p.m. maybe 4 then until 4 a.m. or even 9 a.m. IF they stop for classes. Pot smell always lingers in the hallway, and the door does not seal, so possible contact buzz if you're in the living room. Can't ever get ahold of the manager even if you leave messages-though if she needs to speak to you, she will stop by or call non-stop. Take anything the realator says with a grain of salt-it changes day to day.
