Apartment Reviews for Madison At Exton Crossing - Exton

We have lived at Madison at Exton Crossing for nearly a year and LOVE it! The place is designed like a village with beautiful gardens, walking trails, a lake, post office, salon, pool, gym, tennis courts and tons of activities that really make you feel a part of the community. We rent a two bedroom Brighten deluxe model right next to the post office and the layout is fantastic. We have never had a problem with parking even when we had family and friends over for a party. The location of Madison can’t be beat either because its in the heart of Exton – two seconds from the Mall or Main street, not to mention super close to West Chester restaurants and nightlife.
The management staff has been warm and friendly and Lauren, the director, has been particularly great! We found the maintenance staff to be exceptionally quick to response and super knowledgeable. We never had an issue they didn’t fix within a few hours. The grounds are kept mowed and trimmed in the summer and plowed in the winter. We will continue to highly recommend Madison to anyone who is looking for a place that is pet friendly, has a great community oriented atmosphere and is a great place to call home.
