Apartment Reviews for Marchwood Apartments - Exton

Okay when I first moved into the apartment it was horrible. I had bugs every where. It took me several times to the management office to have the problem corrected and they were so rude and acted like I was the pest. I dont know if they actually fixed the problem because I had called someone on my own because of the silverfish, house centipedes, and crazy looking spiders in the apartment coming in threw the poorly sealed cracks in the windows and doors. And lets see when I first signed up they told me everything was included except for electricty, okay but they didnt tell me that my heat wasnt electrict, or my hot water wasnt included... They said that bill would be like 60 a month tops, not the 300 I have been getting because of the drafts in the apartment. I cant wait till my lease is up. LET ME OUT!@ <P>

The staff at Marchwood apartments are very unprofessional. Lynn seems to have permenant PMS, and Amy needs to get together with her girlfriends for an all-girl orgy so she had loosen up some. The two of them don't seem to understand that if the office is open until 5pm then they should not both schedule outside personal appointments to begin at 5pm because someone needs to remain in the office until offcial closing time. They are not helpful at all with even the most basic of information, and make it seem as if you are bothering them if you don't fit around their schedule. They are rude and very unprofessional and should not be working there at all. They both need to lighten up some, and need to be sternly corrected by their superiors. <P>
