Cons: VERY nosy Resident Manager. She knows EVERYTHING you do. And I mean everything. Floors are VERY VERY creeky. Only 1 parking spot per unit. Driveway is a steep hill that ends on a mojor state route!! Not well sound insukated, can hear any noise anyone makes around you. Laundry room is accross the parking lot, and the dryers take 2 hours to dry clothes. Noisey neighbors.


Pros: Good Location.
